Karemy Kennel's Boarding
Here at Karemy Boarding we offer a private home away from home experience for your Karemy! We offer exclusive boarding for puppies born at our home only. A place to run and play with other dogs. In our home it is more like a sleep over at a family home not the typical boarding kennel experience. We do have a 1 acre free range play yard, 24/7 care for your family member by our family. We also offer continued administration of medication or supplements while you are away. Since we board in our home space is limited. This way we ensure personalized care of your canine family member. This is a private service, we are not an insured boarding kennel.

*Rate is based on a per night basis. Check-in or check-out before or after the hours listed above will be an extra 1/2 day charge.
*baths are generally not needed, but available.
*Our boarding facility is a private boarding facility and primarily for Karemy pups and refered/ approved dogs.
*An evaluation or referral from a Karemy puppy owner is required of all non-karemy dogs, as well as a copy of your vaccination history.
*Please be sure that you dog is current on all his or her vaccinations.

30 minutes of exercise either outside when the weather permits. $10/day. Dogs must be a year old.
Level 1-Walking
Level 2- Jogging
Level 3- Running
Level 4-Running with weight training by having the dog carry a backpack filled with water bottles.

Vaccinations are $10 each if your puppy may need one while in training with us.
While in training, your puppy is separated from its mother and litter-mates, so he/she will keep us up during the first few nights, not you. Now that my children are between 20+ and 2, and LOVE the puppies, they are a great help to us during training doing most of the walking and leash training and the puppies really love to work with them. Your puppy will also get lots of exposure to cats, horses and other dogs.NOTE: We will work very hard with your new puppy, but you need to understand that the younger the puppy is the more easily it can forget the training we do. It is only the introduction to basic house training and obedience. We highly recommend but don’t require that you visit each week we are doing training to practice that techniques we are introducing to your puppy. This will make the training last longer. You will need to be consistent and continue the training that we have started for a minimum of 1 year. At that age it should be a part of who they are and only require a few reminders. Your puppy is a puppy and developmentally they need time to physically and mentally mature. Puppies will not be able to hold their bladder and bowels for long periods of time till they are 6 months before they will be reliable in their house training. This is if you have been consistent in their training leading up to that point. We can't guarantee that your puppy will be totally house trained or obedience trained when they leave for this is nearly impossible at such a young age. But we will give your puppy the best start!! Labs are very smart , eager to please and learn quickly. We use positive reinforcement and encourage positive training for a young puppy. If you are harsh and overly negative it could cause them to be fearful and have unwanted behavior. Please feel free to take advantage of your 2 free training sessions that you received from adopting a Karemy for refreshers after you take your puppy home.
